Sleep late….wake up late

AHHHHH what a morning!

I knew sleeping at 2am was going to be a bad idea and it sure was. Instead of waking up at 6am I woke up at 7am instead.

I was suppose to make myself a smoothie but because I woke up late that didn’t happen…so instead I had:

8:oo am

1 banana
Cup of skim milk and cheerios
1 cup of coffee with splenda and half and half

10:oo am Break time (snack time)

Handful of almonds

8oz cup of ice cold water

So its monday at work and I am busy with phone calls and orders. But I try to always eat every 2 hours. I even put an alarm on my computer to remind me. It helps a lot!!!

11:00-12:00 pm Lunch Time

Since I just had a snack an hour ago I waited until 11:30 to eat my lunch. I usually go home and just eat there and relax…so this is what i ate:

1 English Muffin ( Honey Wheat double fiber)

I usually have it with Cashew Butter

and I topped it with slices of banana

I also eat a grapefruit with my lunch. I didn’t take a picture of that.

And I had a cup of green tea when i got back to work.

Next thing you know its already 245 and its my break time again. Since im going for a run today I decided to drink my NO XPLODE.

BTW i’m still trying to finish it right now. Its been 30 mins already and i still have some to drink. Yuck

After work I’m going to go run 4.0 Miles. Heres what my excercise for tonight will be:

*Run 4.0 Miles Outdoors

*Abs (20 Minutes of intense Core workouts)

*Arms ( 20 Minutes of weights)

And for Dinner I will be making Tilapia and a side of Veggies.
